Introduction
In this unit, students determine the support needs of individuals by developing and following personalized support plans. They provide assistance with daily living activities while supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing. Students monitor support activities and client progress, recognize changes in client needs, and complete necessary reporting and documentation.

What is this module all about?
Work with Diverse People is a nationally recognised training unit in Australia that teaches individuals how to work effectively with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
